Known as the Zumba "pool party", Aqua Zumba gives new meaning to the idea of an invigorating workout. Splashing, stretching, twisting, even shouting, laughing, hooting and hollering are often heard during an Aqua Zumba class. Integrating the Zumba formula and philosophy with traditional aqua fitness disciplines, Aqua Zumba blends it all together into a safe, challenging, water-based workout that’s cardio-conditioning, body-toning, and most of all, exhilarating beyond belief. You will get a taste of everything-Meringue, Salsa, Flamenco, Zamba, Mambo, Reggae, Cumbia, Calypso, Cha Cha, and Belly Dancing. Come tone and sculpt your entire body and have fun doing it!!!

Circuit training alternates strength training exercises with aerobic activities to give you two workouts in one. Circuit training boot camps combine intervals of cardio drills and muscle conditioning exercises to provide you with the ultimate circuit workout. For an evening of fun and fitness come join us as we work toward feeling and looking better by moving to the beat of unique dances like the Hawaiian Hula, learning modern dance steps and jazz routines, and, yes, even shuffling off the buffalo with some invigorating tap dance steps. If you don't have tap shoes, its o.k.; but please wear something comfortable with a non-slip bottom. Also, loose clothing and a workout mat or towel for relaxation techniques and floor work is recommended. Any other props used during this diverse survey course will be provided for you. At the conclusion of our time together, it is hoped that you will feel ready and refreshed with a new perspective to meet the many challenges that are part of our daily lives!

Horse, rider, and barn safety are emphasized, as well as lots of riding time. Please wear comfortable long pants (jeans are fine), low-heeled shoes (sneakers are not recommended), and bring water to drink. Certified riding helmets will be provided. Even if you have never exercised Oxygen is for you! Let’s have some fun together and increase your energy, flexibility, circulation and muscle tone so you can begin a rewarding and satisfying exercise routine! We’ll begin with a stretch warm up for all major muscles with deep breathing techniques to increase the oxygen flow to the muscles, then we’ll begin the aerobics which is fun, energetic, with great music to basic dance moves and a few Cardio Kickboxing routines bringing the heart rate slowly and safely up and then back down. Next is the Tai Chi which is an internal calming and centering with a total body cool down gentle stretch. Standing abdominal workout will end the class. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced yogi, you will benefit from this class, as each student will work at their own level. We will begin with the basics of breathing and meditation, then progress to a mixture of gentle and moderate hatha yoga postures, incorporate salutations and vinyasa flows, and end with stretching and strengthening poses. We will work to unify the mind, body, and spirit while improving breathing techniques, reducing stress, increasing flexibility, strength, balance and endurance. Please bring your own mat to class.

This class will put a smile on your face. This class is lots of fun!!
This is a beginner to intermediate class that is fun and easy to follow. Featuring a variety of rhythms from all over Latin America. You will get a taste of everything - Meringue, Salsa, Flamenco, Zamba, Mambo, Reggae, Cumbia, Calypso, Cha Cha, and Belly Dancing.
Come tone and sculpt your entire body and have fun doing it!!!
